    Sign in to Holiday Homes portal

    Log in with your approved holiday home operator credentials.

    Select eligible unit

    Choose a pre-approved unit eligible for a new permit application.

  3. 3
    Complete permit form and documents

    Enter permit details and upload all required attachments.

  4. 4
    Pay permit fees (if required)

    Complete online payment when the workflow requests fees.

  5. 5
    SCTDA review and inspection

    SCTDA reviews the application and may schedule inspection.

  6. 6
    Permit issued

    Receive the final decision and view or download the unit permit.

After the unit has pre-approval and you are signed in as an approved holiday home operator.
Permit details, the required attachments, and online payment when the workflow requests fees. SCTDA may schedule an inspection.
When the decision is issued, view or download the unit permit in the Holiday Homes portal.
Upload every document the new-permit form marks as required. For a unit that is not rented, include the owner Emirates ID and owner passport. For a rented unit, include the landlord Emirates ID, the rentee Emirates ID, and the rentee passport.
Sign in to the Holiday Homes portal, open Holiday Home applications, and choose New permit for a unit that already has pre-approval.

New permit applications may require payment and SCTDA review or inspection.
