A person applying to register as a tour guide with SCTDA.

Open Tour guide registration and continue to the registration form. Provide valid identification and contact details.

SCTDA reviews the registration. If more information is needed, you will be contacted using the details you provided.

After the account is approved, sign in and open Services. From there you can start a new application, renew a license, apply for a specialized course, request a lost or damaged card, retake a course, or update the latest documents.

The form asks for your name in English and Arabic, mobile number, nationality, passport number, date of birth, Emirates ID, guiding languages, and the course. A personal photo on a white background is required.

From Update latest documents you may attach only an Emirates ID (front and back), a valid passport, a residence visa, and a valid good conduct certificate. A mother passport is not accepted on that page.

Only while your tour guide license is still valid. If the license has expired, renew it before you apply for a lost or damaged card.

If the exam was not passed, a retake can be submitted only after 3 months from the result date. The application page blocks a new request until that period has passed.
