    SCTDA review

    SCTDA reviews your registration and may request additional information.

    Account activated

    Once approved, access the Holiday Homes portal with your credentials.

Frequently asked questions

A person or company that will operate holiday homes and needs access to the Holiday Homes portal.
A valid Emirates ID or passport, operator and contact details, a valid email and mobile number, and the supporting documents listed on the form.
After all required documents are submitted, processing is typically 2–3 working days. You receive an email when the account is activated.
After approval, sign in to the Holiday Homes portal. Operator applications cover a new or renewed operator permit. Unit applications cover pre-approval, a new permit, renewal, and cancellation. Revenue applications are a separate menu.
Upload a valid Emirates ID or passport and the other supporting documents listed on the registration form. The portal stores a file only after it passes the file check.
