A personal photograph on a white background, and a valid good conduct certificate for 3 months. Enter an expiry date that is still in the future. The form asks for a CV unless you are an SCTDA employee.

UAE and GCC nationals do not upload a residence visa. Other nationalities do. A non-UAE child of an Emirati woman also uploads a birth certificate and the mother's passport. A no objection letter is required for non-UAE applicants and for SCTDA employees.

An expired Sharjah license, a copy of an SCTDA tour guide license, a police letter for a lost card, and a damaged card photo are not required here. Those belong to renew, the special course, or lost or damage.
